You know what big shoes mean? BIG SOCKS.

So I went to seeYoung Performersand HSPVA today and they were SOOGREAT!!!Seeing them made me miss my two years in that group with great people. Learning how to dance and sing at the same time was truly fun. I missed the bonds we grew together, making the wonderful music, constant after school rehearsals, and last but not least, Patty B. Being in that group made me love making music and gave me the opportunity to move out of my classical singing comfort zone. It made me move into a pop/jazz genre which made me learn a lot.

Sometimes I think about how my life would be different if I were a music major instead of a nursing major. Those 4 yearsI spent trying to make my voice better and make it what it is today did notgo to waste. I loved every minute of making music with my friends. Even seeing some of my friends I graduated with today made me miss everything about HSPVA.

I know that God has brought me to where I am now for a reason, so I can’t complain. My life is in His hands after all.
